How to Order Catering
- Call us at (316) 265-9930 or email admin@mrmcsmarket.com with your event date, guest count, and meal style.
- We build the menu with you — pick from the menu above, request specific dishes, or tell us a budget and we’ll work to it.
- Confirm and pay — we collect 50% deposit at booking, balance on pickup or delivery day.
- Pick up or get it delivered in the Wichita area. Out-of-town delivery available for larger orders.
⏰ Catering Lead Times
Small orders (10–30): give us 48 hours. Medium orders (30–100): 5–7 days out is safest. Large orders (100+): 2 weeks ideal. Holiday weekends — book as far ahead as you can.
