Why We Stay Open Late
Most Wichita shops keep banker hours. The neighborhood doesn’t. People work second shift. Anglers fish at dawn. Storms hit at night. Kids get sick at 7 PM. Our extended hours are intentional — we’re a NEIGHBORHOOD market, and the neighborhood doesn’t shut down at 5 PM.
